Refund Policy
Once schedule is completed if a team drops out or is a no show to the event then entry fee will not be refunded. 
If a team chooses not to play and gives more than 7days notice then team will receive full refund minus any credit card charges.
If a team chooses not to play and gives less than 7days and is prior to schedule completed the team will receive refund minus $100 and any credit card charges.

On any online transaction the credit card processor charges $10 per transaction.

Please keep in mind we are not looking to keep your money, but the cost and time to revise any schedule, field rentals and umpire assignments is very time consuming to do.
